Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass state-required training or licensing.
• Must be able to pass state licensing test if driving company or client vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security operations on-site: staffing, scheduling, and on-site training for all personnel at the site.
• Ensure training and screening elements for personnel are met.
• Maintain quality of service and contract compliance through regular inspections.
• Provide direction to subordinates and manage disciplinary actions.
