Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer main phone lines and direct calls to appropriate departments.
• Monitor radio traffic and surveillance equipment.
• Implement applicable emergency policies and programs.
• Monitor and regulate inbound and outbound pedestrian and truck traffic.
• Conduct regular inspection rounds in accordance with company policies.
• Handle outbound express mail and distribute internal mail as needed.
• Open and close confined space entry permits.
• Maintain accurate departmental written records and reports.
• Any other duties as assigned.
