Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and access policies.
• Monitor and control access to the facility, verify credentials, maintain visitor/contractor logs, issue access badges, direct authorized personnel.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations, report observations through established procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, exterior areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized access.
• Maintain accurate activity reports and communicate access-control concerns to leadership and site contacts.
