Qualifications

• Excellent observational and de-escalation skills; able to remain calm under pressure.
• Strong communicator; capable of working closely with global and local security teams.
• Intermediate computer skills required.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Surveillance: Monitor cameras and patrol premises for suspicious activity and hazards.
• Access Control: Enforce visitor passes and restrict access to authorized personnel.
• Emergency Response: Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents; report to law enforcement as needed.
• Incident Reporting: Document incidents clearly and in detail for action or investigation.
• Patrolling: Conduct foot/vehicle patrols to secure entrances, parking lots, and perimeters.
• Customer Service: Greet visitors and employees, provide directions, answer inquiries.
• Safety Inspections: Inspect for hazards and potential risks to people or property.
• Conflict Resolution: Handle minor disputes while maintaining a calm environment.
• Collaboration: Work with security staff and responders to coordinate efforts.
