Allied Universal is seeking a Security Guard for a 6 AM to 2 PM shift in Texas. The role involves protecting clients across various industries, with no experience required. Pay is $23.50 per hour, weekly, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and life insurance.

Responsibilities include enforcing safety procedures, responding to incidents, and conducting regular patrols on client sites. Minimums include age, education, and background checks, with licensing as required.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and may be required.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site‑specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
