Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Prior experience in wholesale trade industry preferred.
• Knowledge of seafood, proper temperature storage and handling regulations.
• Experience in a processing room and warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Fish processing, filleting, and deboning to meet company standards.
• Quality control of freshness and absence of defects.
• Maintain sanitation and hygiene per food safety regulations.
• Meet production goals while minimizing waste and coordinating with team.
• Handle customer orders and prepare custom cuts as needed.
• Regularly inspect and maintain cutting tools and equipment.
