Job summary

SBM is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Fort Worth, TX. The role combines janitorial duties with customer-facing service, requiring attention to safety and a professional appearance. You will follow daily schedules, operate cleaning equipment, and report hazards to supervision.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 months of training or experience, and may need a valid driver’s license and forklift certification. Shifts are Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, pay $15.50–$16.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• 3-6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• May be required to have a valid driver’s license.
• Completed all safety and task training certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures
• Present a professional appearance and conduct
• Understand customer service and satisfaction
