Job summary

SanStone Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a day shift Registered Nurse (RN) to join our care team in North Carolina. Must hold an unrestricted RN license. A sign-on bonus is available for full-time night shifts from 7am-7pm.

We offer competitive pay and a supportive, collaborative work environment. Under the Director of Nursing, you will coordinate and provide nursing care and health education to residents.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
• Patience, compassion and empathetic care for residents.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the care/services provided by CNAs and other staff.
• Coordinate nursing care of residents on the unit and ensure appropriate care.
• Provide safe and accurate medication-related interventions to residents.
• Transcribe and coordinate physician orders.
• Perform nursing assessments and report changes to the physician.
• Develop and implement care plans based on assessments.
• Initiate nursing interventions to stabilize conditions or prevent complications.
