Job summary

Eventide Williamsburg in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to work 6am-6pm with weekend and holiday rotations. You will administer medications, assess patients, and document nursing care while supporting the medical plan of care.

The role requires an active RN license, CPR, and strong English skills. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive hourly pay range based on qualifications and location.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the English language including medical terminology related to the job.
• 6 months experience as an RN or LPN, preferred.
• RN License in good standing as recorded on the Nebraska State Registry or other Nurse Compact state required. CPR Required.

Responsibilities

• Follows physician orders and records them.
• Prepares, administers, and supervises medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
• Assesses residents’ physical, mental and psychosocial status and reports changes promptly.
• Monitors skin integrity to prevent pressure ulcers.
• Completes and documents nursing care in the medical record timely and accurately.
• Provides supervision to Med Aides delivering medications.
