Job summary

Meadowbrook Care Center in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a dedicated RN to join our compassionate team. As a dayshift, full-time or part-time position, you will provide high-quality nursing care following each resident’s plan of care, including medication administration and assessments.

You will supervise Nursing Assistants, monitor residents, and work with an interdisciplinary team in a state-of-the-art, patient-centered facility that values teamwork and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Active and unencumbered RN license in the State of Ohio.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with each resident’s plan of care, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and accurate documentation.
• Supervise and support Nursing Assistants in daily clinical tasks.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly notify physicians of changes.
• Promote a safe, therapeutic, and compassionate care environment.
