Cardinal Hill Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for its rehab unit during the Night Shift, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus. As an RN, you will supervise care, assess patients, and tailor care plans, collaborating with multiple departments to ensure high-quality, patient-centered recovery.

Qualifications

• Must hold RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification required; ACLS preferred.
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of rehabilitation hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families to support recovery.
• Collaborate with and communicate across departments to ensure coordinated care and direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for staff, supporting colleagues with complex patient needs and inquiries.
• Celebrate patient milestones and victories as part of care delivery.
