Job summary

The role requires an Associate's degree in nursing with RN licensure. A Bachelor's in Nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual and lifestyle factors of patients.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and reevaluate regularly.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments and self-care.
• Coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient care and ensure effective teamwork.
