Job summary

Southern Health Partners is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Medical Team Administrator to join our team at the Waushara County Jail in Wisconsin. This full-time role combines hands-on nursing with clinical leadership to ensure quality care and efficient daily operations.

The RN MTA will oversee nursing care, coordinate the medical team's daily activities, and support documentation and compliance in a correctional setting.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Wisconsin.
• Correctional healthcare or chronic disease management experience a plus.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Ability to lead and coordinate a medical team.

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee quality nursing care for patients in the correctional healthcare setting.
• Coordinate and support the daily operations of the medical team.
• Perform nursing assessments, treatments, medication administration, and other clinical duties as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare and correctional staff to ensure continuity and quality of care.
• Help maintain compliance with applicable healthcare standards, policies, and procedures.
• Assist with documentation, communication, and coordination of patient care.
• Serve as a clinical resource and leader for the healthcare team.
