Job summary
Atlantic Health Chilton Medical Center in Pompton Plains, NJ is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time day shift (7am-7pm) in the 4 West Med Surg/Oncology unit. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to monitor patients, administer medications, update records, and educate patients. Required: RN licensure and BLS.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- BLS certification.
- BSN degree preferred.
- ASN must complete BSN within five years.
- MSN degree preferred.
- 1+ year of nursing experience preferred.
- ACLS certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Maintains accurate, complete health care records and reports.
- Administers medications to patients and monitors them for side effects and reactions.
- Prescribes assistive medical devices and related treatments.
- Monitors, reports, and records symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
- Assesses, implements, plans, or evaluates patient nursing care plans by working with healthcare team members.
- Records patient vital signs and medical information.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
