Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to educate patients and families and document care.

Responsibilities

• Develop and modify care plans to achieve clinical outcomes.
• Delegate tasks to team members based on competency and safety.
• Educate patients, families, and communities about care options.
• Document learning needs and care activities in medical records.
