Blue Springs Wellness & Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a day shift role. You will provide safe, compassionate care and work with a supportive healthcare team to improve residents' quality of life.

Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state of practice.
- BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
- Compassionate approach to resident care.
- Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and the healthcare team.
- Commitment to providing safe, high‑quality nursing care.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care within the scope of your RN license and established standards of practice.
- Assess residents’ conditions and identify changes in health status.
- Monitor residents and promptly document and report changes in condition.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
- Follow procedures for medication management, narcotic counts, and pharmacy orders.
- Support restraint-reduction efforts and follow facility procedures.
- Communicate resident room changes, leaves of absence, admissions and discharges to relevant departments.
- Collaborate with LPNs, CNAs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team to provide coordinated resident care.
