Job summary

Edgewood Healthcare is seeking an RN Manager to supervise a clinical team delivering high-quality care to residents at Edgewood Minot on Tenth. This role focuses on nursing leadership, care plan oversight, and staff development in a 85-bed Assisted Living setting.

You will ensure care delivery meets standards, participate in hiring, uphold HIPAA, and promote ongoing improvement while supporting a compassionate, resident-centered culture in Minot, ND.

Qualifications

• Current state RN license is required.
• Geriatrics, dementia and/or assisted living experience desired.
• Passion and drive for helping others and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Act as supporting manager and provide training to a team of clinical staff
• Provide clinical oversight of resident care plans
• Ensure that the delivery of care meets expectations
• Assess current and prospective residents
• Assist in the hiring of clinical care staff
• Follow HIPAA and all other Edgewood policies
