Job summary

Alliance Health Group is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time day-shift role with consistent 12-hour shifts in Gastonia, NC. The schedule runs every Tuesday and Wednesday plus every other weekend, offering stability and predictable hours.

Qualifications

Current RN or LPN license in good standing.
Long-term care/skilled nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care
Administer medications and treatments according to orders
Monitor residents' conditions and report changes appropriately
Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation
Collaborate with CNAs, nurses, physicians, and other members of the care team
Promote resident safety, comfort, and quality of care
Follow all facility policies and applicable nursing standards
