Medical Park West Rehabilitation and Skilled Care in Norman, OK is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) for a 7am to 3pm shift. The facility specializes in long-term and rehabilitative care and emphasizes delivering high-quality, compassionate healthcare to residents.

As an RN, you will direct and participate in patient care in accordance with clinical systems, regulatory requirements, and physician orders, while ensuring a customer-service-friendly environment and positive resident experiences.

Competenze

• Current, valid RN licensure is required.
• Experience in long-term healthcare preferred.
• Management or supervisory experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Strong written and verbal skills required.

Mansioni

• Maintain nursing service objectives, goals, and standards of nursing practices.
• Evaluate staffing patterns with the Director of Nursing.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Receive, transcribe, and implement physician orders.
• Implement and evaluate care plans.
• Identify and secure equipment and supplies.
• Direct and oversee subordinate staff.
• Participate in duty assignments.
• Organize and coordinate subordinates, tasks, and time.
• Oversee and monitor subordinate staff activities.
• Evaluate staff performance and institute appropriate action.
• Monitor infection control compliance.
• Investigate and document accidents/incidents.
• Other duties as assigned.
