Job summary

Renaissance Terrace is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate care team in Harriman, Tennessee. Day shift hours are 6am to 6pm, offering opportunities to deliver skilled nursing care, monitor residents, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians and families to ensure quality outcomes.

As an RN you will maintain accurate medical records, participate in rounds, and contribute to a welcoming, home-like environment.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license in good standing required
• BLS license required

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and deliver care including medication administration and treatments as ordered by physician and plan of care
• Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident activity and ensure quality care
• Communicate with residents, family members, physicians and supervisor regarding resident status
• Maintain up-to-date medical records during tour of duty on assigned unit
• Perform other tasks as required
