Job summary

MultiCare Deaconess Hospital in Spokane is seeking a Staff RN to join our hospital-based team. This 0.75 FTE, days shift role features three ten-hour shifts weekly with call required, leveraging your specialized nursing training in a multidisciplinary setting.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or MLS.
• BLS certification is required.
• ACLS or NALS or PALS or TNCC or NRP as required by facility or department.
• BSN preferred.
• One year of experience in acute care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating on an ongoing basis.
• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process according to hospital policies, procedures and protocols.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience and cost reduction.
• Foster a learning environment for patients/families and staff.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care respecting diverse backgrounds.
