Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care at Winchester Hospital in the Northwest Boston area location. Under nurse manager supervision, you will perform assessments, administer medications, and monitor patient progress in alignment with hospital policies and clinical protocols.

The role involves collaborating with physicians and the care team to develop care plans and educate patients and families to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program required.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• Preferred: BSN strongly encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observes patients progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness
• Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient
• Support and educate patients and their loves ones to achieve maximum outcomes
