Job summary

Sea Grove Recovery in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, is hiring a Day shift Registered Nurse to support detox and residential programs. Qualifications

• Active RN license in South Carolina.
• Associate's Degree required for nursing licensure.
• 3–5 years of substance use treatment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patient rounds to ensure safety and comfort.
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs during detox.
• Complete standardized withdrawal assessments (COWS and CIWA).
• Participate in admission process for new patients.
• Provide patient education on withdrawal and recovery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to plan comprehensive care.
