Job summary

Ardent Health Services seeks a day shift, full-time Registered Nurse (RN) in Tyler, Texas. The RN will provide direct patient care using the nursing process, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and support acute care needs in a level-appropriate setting.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
• Must maintain current Texas RN License.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer.
• ACLS and PALS within 90 days of hire.
• Competence in ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, and critical care medications.
• Thorough knowledge of airway management and rescue methods.
• Pediatric/Adult Phase 1 and Phase 2.
• Maintain knowledge of ASPAN Standards.
• PACU, ICU, ER or other acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and direct patient care using the nursing process for a group of patients.
• Collaborate with care teams to implement treatment plans and ensure patient safety.
