Job summary

Rexel USA, Inc. in Woodridge, IL, is seeking an Order Picker to support our Talley team. You will use an RF scanner to pick customer orders accurately and on time, and coordinate with shipping for outbound processing.

This role requires 1 year of warehouse experience, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and English reading/writing skills. A forklift certification or experience is a plus. Schedule is 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., Monday–Friday, with full-time employment and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year of warehouse experience required.
• Must be able to operate a handheld RF scanner.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and bend/reach overhead.
• Ability to read and write in English; basic math skills.
• Customer service skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive working environment based on team dynamics and company values.
• Pick customer orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Determine if orders can ship via the indicated method and resolve issues with shipping instructions.
• Provide picked orders to the shipping team for outbound processing.
• Apply analytical problem-solving to resolve inventory issues affecting picking.
• Participate in daily cleaning and upkeep of the facility.
• Demonstrate strong work ethic and honesty; adhere to company policies.
• Maintain high sense of urgency, stay organized and detail-oriented.
• Be adaptable to change and handle high-stress situations calmly.
