Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking an energetic Picker/Packer to join our high-volume fulfillment team in New York. You will select, inspect, wrap, and pack items quickly and precisely using RF scanners to meet daily shipping schedules.

The role requires a High School diploma and about 3 years of experience in order picking or fulfillment in a fast-paced warehouse. Overtime up to 5 hours per week is possible; Randstad offers benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Approximately 3 years of experience in order picking/fulfillment.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Read pick lists or use handheld RF scanners to locate and retrieve items from stock.
• Inspect items for damage or defects prior to final packaging.
• Carefully wrap, box, and pack products according to company shipping standards.
• Apply shipping labels, packing slips, and promotional inserts accurately.
• Keep packing stations stocked with boxes, tape, dunnage, and protective materials.
