Ansible Government Solutions, LLC is recruiting Registered Respiratory Therapists to support the Washington DC VA Medical Center at 50 Irving St NW, Washington, DC 20422. The schedule is typically Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm, with shift changes possible by direction of Ansible or its customers.

The RRT will perform therapeutic and diagnostic procedures, verify orders, manage ventilators and oxygen therapy, and participate in patient care activities as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Graduate of an approved Therapeutic Radiologic Technology program.
• AHA BLS certification.
• Minimum 1 year experience in radiation oncology.
• Experience with 3D-CRT, IMRT, IGRT and dose distribution.

Responsabilités

• Equipment selection and setup to provide care per physician orders.
• Therapeutic procedures using radiotherapy equipment and protocols.
• Transport of patients to procedures as needed.
• Verify all orders before treatment implementation.
• Maintenance and reprocessing of radiotherapy devices per policies.
