MasterCorp is seeking a Day Shift Housekeeper for Desert Paradise Resort in Las Vegas to maintain clean, welcoming units and meet timeliness standards. The role emphasizes consistent quality, safety, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include cleaning all unit areas, reporting issues, and supporting guest requests. Prior housekeeping experience is helpful but not required; physical stamina is needed to lift up to 25 pounds and work irregular hours.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Reads, writes and does basic math.
• Shows punctuality and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standard of excellence in cleaning units.
• Strip soiled linens and remove trash.
• Clean bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, closets and decks.
• Report vacancies and maintenance needs.
• Attend training and apply learned skills.
• Ensure safe working environment and timely unit turnover.
