Ebenezer’s Riley Crossing in Chanhassen, MN is hiring a Resident Assistant. The role provides personal care and health-related services to residents, following an individualized care plan under RN supervision.

The position includes a 32-hour biweekly schedule, day shift from 6:45am to 3:00pm, with every other weekend and holiday rotation, at a senior living community with on-site intergenerational programs.

Qualifications

• Ability to use technology (computers, handheld devices, cell phones, fax machines).
• Must meet MN NA registry requirements if under 18.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal cares (bathing, nails, shaving, dressing).
• Provide health-related services under RN supervision (blood glucose, temperature, vitals).
• Perform home services (laundry, meal trays, dining room support).
• Observe residents and report changes to staff; respond to emergencies.
