Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Nursing is required; if BSN not held, enrollment in accredited BSN program with completion date scheduled.
• Current RN license or license deemed acceptable by State Board.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer.
• Facility/unit-specific certifications.

Responsibilities

• Promote mission and values; advocate for quality patient care and excellent customer service.
• Participate in system planning, budgeting, manpower planning and program development to deliver efficient, high-quality care.
