Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time day shift at Dooly State Prison in Georgia. The role focuses on holistic, patient-centered care for incarcerated individuals within the DON and nursing leadership structure.

Expect collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to address medical, mental health, and psychosocial needs. The position requires an Associate’s degree in nursing, an active Georgia RN license (MSL/Compact acceptable), and current CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing required.
• Active RN license within the state of Georgia or MSL/Compact.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, ethical, and evidence-based nursing care to incarcerated patients.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes appropriately.
• Collaborate with medical, mental health, and custody teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Follow established safety, security, and infection control procedures.
