Centurion Health is seeking a Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our day shift team at Dooly State Prison in Unadilla, GA. The role offers consistent 10-hour day shifts (5:45 AM–4:15 PM) with staffing support and a structured clinical environment.

You will deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care, administer medications, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with medical, mental health, and custody teams while maintaining accurate documentation. Valid GA RN license and CPR required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in nursing is required.
• Active RN license in Georgia (or MSL/Compact) and active CPR certification are required.
• Ability to obtain required security clearance (drug screen and background check).

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, ethical, and evidence-based nursing care.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
