Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered South Carolina RN license.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and collaborate with care teams.

Responsabilités

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents.
• Assess conditions, monitor changes, and administer medications as ordered.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Communicate changes to physicians and team members.
• Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, and other professionals.
