Iva Post Acute is a dedicated skilled nursing and rehab facility in Iva, South Carolina, seeking compassionate CNAs to provide routine daily care for residents. You will uphold care plans, document accurately, and maintain a warm, respectful environment across day and night shifts.

Qualifications

• Active South Carolina CNA Certification from an accredited program.
• Demonstrates genuine passion for people and daily care.
• Ability to follow facility policies and protect resident privacy.

Responsabilités

• Identify residents before administering treatments using wristband or photo card.
• Record information using only authorized abbreviations established by this facility.
• Report changes in the resident's condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Document entries on flow sheets and charts in a clear, descriptive manner.
• Report any accidents or incidents observed during the shift.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident care information and report any breaches.
• Ensure resident rooms are ready for receiving residents (beds made, name tags visible).
• Greet residents and escort them to their room and introduce them to roommates and staff.
