Job summary

Northside Hospital in Atlanta, GA seeks an experienced Registered Professional Nurse to independently plan and deliver bedside nursing care in accordance with physician orders and Georgia Nurse Practice Act. The RN will manage an assigned group of patients, participate in care coordination, and uphold Northside Hospital's values of collaboration and empowerment.

Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with GA RN license and BLS; BSN preferred and ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Licensed RN in Georgia in good standing.
• BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS/NRP or other certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans and provides professional nursing care to patients according to physician orders and established guidelines.
• Manages care for an assigned group of patients in accordance with hospital policies and patient care standards.
• Collaborates with physicians and healthcare team to ensure quality care.
