Job summary

INTEGRIS Health Canadian Valley in Yukon, OK is seeking a Full-Time Day shift Staff Registered Nurse to join our mission-driven team. The RN provides direct patient care, supports care plans, and collaborates with the health-system network to deliver high-quality services.

Responsibilities include assessments, care planning, implementing interventions, and supervising staff as assigned. Licensure in OK (or eNLC) and BLS/CPR requirements apply; drivers license may be required for certain roles.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Oklahoma or eligible via Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
• BLS issued by ARC or AHA; Hospice requires CPR in lieu of BLS.

Responsibilities

• Assessment/re‑assessments
• Development of the plan of care
• Implementation of appropriate patient care interventions
• Evaluation of appropriate patient care interventions
• Supervises and coordinates other licensed and non‑licensed personnel in the provision of care to patients as assigned
• Provides guidance and mentorship to non‑licensed personnel and students, as appropriate
