Job summary

Enlightened Recovery in Kalamazoo, MI seeks a full-time Day Shift Recovery Technician to support patients and staff at our detox facility. You will observe patient activity, maintain safety, and act as a liaison between patients and treatment teams to ensure compassionate care.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Current and valid Driver’s License in good standing.
• CPR certification and First Aid - provided by employer.
• Certified Peer Recovery Coach (PRC) is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Observe patient activity and maintain a visible presence on the clients at the detox center.
• Serve as a liaison between the patient and treatment staff and assist in providing a safe environment for patients.
