Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees.
• Able to operate all material handling equipment.
• Two to three years of distribution or warehousing experience.
• Intermediate level of skill in MS Office and PKMS Warehouse Management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule inbound shipments.
• Check-in containers and perform necessary FTZ security checks.
• Report discrepancies between actual receipts and documentation.
• Follow up on Go Orders to ensure issues are resolved.
• Promote a safe work environment.
• Maintain and report any factory miss packs.
• Backup for critical roles on the floor to assure continuity during absences.
• Ensure all products are accounted for and moved to appropriate area.
• Monitor inventory issues throughout the facility and report problems to shift inventory clerk.
• Maintain MSDS books.
