Job summary

Treasure Island Resort & Casino in Welch, MN is seeking a warehouse associate to receive, deliver and log inventory across the property. You will uphold safety standards and perform duties with a guest-service mindset.

Day shift Monday through Friday, 6:00am-2:00pm, with occasional overtime. The role requires forklift experience and ability to lift up to 50 pounds; strong computer skills and meticulous record-keeping are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Experience in the safe use and operation of warehouse equipment.
• Knowledge of food and beverage warehousing and safety (preferred).
• Knowledge of inventory control (FIFO and Cycle Counts).
• Knowledge of receiving products.
• Accurate and detail-oriented.
• Highly organized and able to adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong computer skills Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and Windows.
• Written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Proficiency in research using all available resources.

Responsibilities

• Receive and deliver shipments (except cash).
• Verify shipments received are the correct items, quantities, and cost.
• Maintain accurate inventory and rotate stock items by bin location.
• Maintain an accurate log of inventory items.
• Maintain warehouse equipment (i.e. forklift, dock leveler, pallet jacks, etc.).
• Coordinate incoming shipments, including special events (concerts and sales shows).
• Keep warehouse organized and clean.
