Job summary
Intermountain Electronics (IE) is seeking a Receiving Clerk I (Dayshift) at the South Point, Ohio facility. You will receive, unload, unpack and store materials, verify accuracy, and document discrepancies. Proficiency with Epicor and packing slips is required, as is the ability to operate forklifts and cranes and maintain a safe, organized receiving area.
Schedule: Mon-Thu 6:00 am–3:30 pm, Fri 6:00 am–2:30 pm. Overtime may be required. Benefits include health plans, 401K, PTO, and more.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Two years of shipping and receiving experience preferred.
- Proficiency with packing slips, invoices, bills of lading and related documents.
Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, unpack and store incoming materials.
- Verify quantities against packing lists and invoices.
- Record received materials using Epicor and packing slips.
- Operate forklifts, hoists, and cranes to move materials safely.
- Maintain clean, organized receiving area and report discrepancies.
