Job summary

Lowe's is hiring a Receiver/Stocker to unload deliveries, stock shelves, and organize merchandise while maintaining a clean, safe workspace. You’ll operate equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts, assist customers, and follow safety procedures across shifts.

This role is part-time and physical, with morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight hours as store needs dictate. Training and growth opportunities are available through Lowe's programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience, if applicable
• 3 months experience operating forklift/power equipment such as lifts, order pickers
• 6 months warehouse inventory handling and stocking experience

Responsibilities

• Deliver SMART customer service by assisting customers and supporting projects
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight, organizing shelves and pallets
• Verify deliveries, dock prep, and operate equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts
• Maintain a safe, clean environment following hazardous materials procedures
• Operate store equipment including scanners, Zebra phones, balers, and other tools
• Collaborate with team to complete additional tasks as needed
• Use Orders App to pick and stage Flatbed Delivery orders
• Load delivery orders with quality and safety in mind
• Rotate orders by delivery date and resolve customer issues
• Proactively communicate with customers to ensure delivery satisfaction
• Follow Delivery Readiness best practices
