Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Receiver/Stocker to keep the store stocked, safe, and customer-ready. You will unload deliveries, stock shelves, and assist customers, with shifts that may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, or overnight depending on store needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent years of experience.
• 6 months experience in a warehouse handling inventory and stocking.
• 3 months experience operating forklift/power equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer service by assisting customers and answering questions.
• Stock merchandise by unloading freight, organizing shelves, and setting up pallets.
• Verify deliveries, complete dock prep, and operate equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment following hazardous materials and housekeeping procedures.
• Operate store equipment such as scanners and Zebra phones as needed.
• Team up with colleagues to complete additional tasks.
• Use the Orders App to pick and stage Flatbed Delivery orders.
• Load delivery orders with attention to quality and safe loading.
• Rotate orders by delivery date and resolve issues.
• Communicate with customers to ensure delivery satisfaction.
• Apply Delivery Readiness best practices.
