Job summary

HEXPOL Compounding in Wisconsin is seeking a manufacturing associate to support daily production. You will check materials, mix per formulas, and ensure quality with color-differentiation checks, maintaining cleanliness and safety throughout shifts.

Shifts run Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM with overtime as required. Candidates should have a high school diploma, basic math ability, and good communication skills; lifting up to 55 pounds is required. Comprehensive benefits are included.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent; competency assessment may substitute.
1 year manufacturing experience preferred.
Ability to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
Ability to read a tape measure and have good computer skills (MS Office).
Strong written and verbal communication; ability to read and comprehend instructions.
Color vision to identify contaminants or color differences in finished goods.

Responsibilities

Check all raw materials for contamination using color perception; weigh and mix as specified.
Inspect scales for accuracy; operate equipment per procedures.
Visually check mixing consistency; report inconsistencies or problems.
Load raw materials and oil; mix per schedule and instructions.
Monitor and adjust mixing conditions as needed; maintain clean mixer area.
Keep equipment clean; prevent contamination; ensure safe changeovers.
Report problems to supervision and participate in solutions.
Follow PPE and lock-out/tag-out for equipment down time.
Assist in training new Associates as directed by supervision.
