Job summary

Menasha Corporation is hiring a General Labor Production Operator for the Bardstown, Kentucky facility. The role involves preparing products for shipment by following specifications and customer requirements, including cleaning, inspecting, assembling, decorating, and stacking components.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret product-related documentation and instructions.
• Comfort with cleaning, inspection, assembling, and using hand tools as part of production.

Responsibilities

• Prepare products for shipment following product specifications and customer requirements.
• Read and interpret product guidelines and quality objectives to ensure compliance.
• Assemble, decorate, and stack components according to standard work instructions.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workstation and support continuous improvement activities.
