Job summary

Harland Clarke is hiring for an hourly production role in a temperature-controlled, clean manufacturing environment. The pay rate is $17.50 per hour, with Monday–Friday schedules (6:00 AM–2:00 PM or 8:00 AM–4:00 PM).

After 30 days, employees become eligible for several benefits, including medical/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, holiday pay, and tuition assistance. Additional perks include a referral bonus and potential raises after 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Operate various production equipment monitoring overall performance, efficiency and quality.
• Troubleshoot system performance and quality problems, correcting them and stabilizing performance as they occur.
• Replenish materials ongoing as materials are depleted.
• Maintains production, efficiency and quality records
• Other duties as assigned.
