Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Recent manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safety is paramount; all tasks must be performed with PPE and in compliance with safety regulations.
• Participation in Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) and near-miss reporting is essential.
• Foster a team-oriented attitude and meet productivity standards.
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
• Troubleshoot quality or productivity issues on the line.
• Maintain strong communication with team leaders and lab personnel.
• Perform 5S and other housekeeping duties for a clean, safe work environment.
• Coordinate with lab personnel, Team Leaders and Senior Process Engineers to address issues and implement improvements.
• Obtain and maintain three certifications and train others as needed.
• Adhere to all departmental rules and perform any other duties as assigned.
