Qualifications

• Comfortable using hand tools and manufacturing equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills preferred.
• Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operating experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect materials, dies, plates, and consumable supplies before starting production jobs.
• Operate production equipment while following quality and safety standards.
• Monitor products throughout production and identify quality issues.
• Troubleshoot equipment and production issues and make corrective adjustments when possible.
• Identify equipment failures and communicate with maintenance teams or vendors when additional support is needed.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on production equipment.
• Use hand tools and assist with the operation of factory machinery.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris.
• Perform stripping of materials as needed.
• Prepare finished products for shipment by identifying, packing, strapping, and securing materials.
