Job summary

AMOT Controls in Houston, TX is seeking an onsite assembler to follow detailed assembly instructions, perform machine setup, and run manufacturing processes.

You will contribute to a safe, efficient production line by adhering to Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental policies and OSHA regulations.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of manufacturing experience; a High School diploma (or equivalent) is preferred. Overtime is available to meet production needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience with manufacturing processes.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow detailed assembly instructions and processes.
• Perform machine setup where applicable; run machines and processes.
• Follow Quality Policy and Procedures, OSHA guidelines and regulations governing workplace safety.
• Train other employees on job functions and safety requirements, as needed.
• Perform other duties as requested by team lead.
• Follow all company Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures.
• Respond to change productively and handle other duties as required.
• Work independently and employ effective time management skills.
• Over-time as required.
