Job summary

First Systems and Resources, Inc. seeks a Production/Fulfillment Associate to support the production floor and warehouse operations. You will read job tickets, operate finishing equipment, perform quality checks, and assist with packing and shipping to customers.

This is an on-site, Monday–Friday position from 6am to 3pm with no remote work. The role requires cross-training on equipment, basic math, and strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy from ticket to finished product.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must understand and respond to written and verbal English.
• Able to work independently with a written schedule.
• Proficient in Windows-based computer applications.
• Proficient in arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).

Responsibilities

• Production (estimated 65%): Read job tickets and determine steps to transform large-format pages to finished form.
• Operate finishing equipment (folding, cutting, binding) to produce jobs per tickets.
• Perform final QA/QC inspections to ensure product matches ticket.
• Operate mail production equipment (inserting machines, postage meters, inkjet printers).
• Assist in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting per manuals/protocols.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and recycling procedures.
• Fulfillment (estimated 35%): Process packing lists and requisitions from multiple channels.
• Locate and pick products in warehouse using packing lists.
• Assist with physical inventory counts.
