Job summary

Schreiber Foods is seeking a full-time day-shift operator for our packaging line in Grand Rapids, MI. This role runs 6:45 am–7:00 pm on a rotating schedule, with pay starting at $22.75 per hour and a $1 weekend premium.

Benefits start on day one and an 8% company 401(k) match is provided through our ESOP. The position requires operating packaging equipment, basic maintenance, quality monitoring, and strict adherence to GMP and safety SOPs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience running a production/packaging line.
• Food manufacturing environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance inspections and minor repairs.
• Keep work area clean, organized and free of standing water.
